Club Activities During Covid-19
Dover Bay Eco Club is back in action! Things will be looking a bit different this year, as we need to follow regulations and make sure members feel safe and respected. Everyone will need a mask, gloves and practice social distancing within other groups.
The club is starting with paper recycling, Food Forest, and school clean-up activities. We plan to have two people sign up from the same cohort for each event as a team. Sign-up sheets and more information will be posted later in the week!
Please stay safe and healthy everyone!

What is the Dover Bay Eco Club?Dover Bay Eco Club is a student-led volunteer group which helps and promotes the idea and action of protecting the environment.
It’s a platform for everybody to contribute to the creation of a greener future and learn more about the natural world. We also aim for the club to be an easygoing place, where members can have fun and feel at home! (We meet every Thursday at lunch in D107 at Dover Bay Secondary) |

We participated in an annual BC Green Games competition, (held by Science World) where environtmentally-oriented clubs/teams showcase what they've been doing to help the health of the planet. One of our talented members, Hugo has made this video for us! Please enjoy watching it, as it shows the true spirit of the our eco-family! It was an amazing competition to take part in, with many amazing teams that inspired us! We hope to participate again, with just as much fun :) |
